How long does it take to complete an order?
Turnaround time depends on the selected service and workload. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page.
How will I receive my finished photos?
Once your order is completed, the final files will be available for secure download in your customer account under the Downloads or Orders section. You will also receive an email notification.
Do you keep my files private?
Yes. All uploaded images and finished files are treated as confidential and are used only for fulfilling your order. Files are not shared with third parties.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international payments through secure payment providers supported by our platform. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of digital retouching services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I use the edited images for commercial purposes?
Yes, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Commercial usage is included for most services.
What if I uploaded the wrong file?
If work has not started yet, contact us immediately. If editing has already begun, changes may not be possible or may require a new order.
